The Henry Ford Village is a residential, life care, retirement community of about 1200 seniors located on the grounds of the birthplace of Henry Ford. Our residents are active, vital people who contribute their own skills, talents, and experiences to the welfare of their community. Many clubs and group activities are, thus, made possible because of our residents. The Computer Club is one of the clubs available to our residents.Membership requires residency at the Village. Computer ownership, access to Touchtown, or ingress to the Internet is not required. The computer club is a group of residents with common interests in computers who enjoy getting together to combine their knowledge and skills to help each other solve problems. This shared support is especially helpful when the territory is as new and uncharted as it always is in the fast changing technological world. The main purpose of the Club is to serve as a resource for our club members within a comfortable and friendly environment and to provide good role models to the young people in our community. All HFV residents are welcome to join us.
